Has anyone used Hewlett Packard’s Wireless Printer upgrade kit (Q6236A)? What were your experiences with it?

I’m considering purchasing one of these; it makes sense, and I’d be very happy to have one less cable to deal with. However, I’ve seen both good and bad reviews for the product. What are your experiences?

Can I use a wireless adaptor on my network printer?

However, I had to move the router and now the printer cannot be connected by a cable to it anymore. Is there any possible wireless solution that’s cheap?
