I’ve heard that Dell printers are not supported on a Mac, and I unfortunately have a Dell printer, a V305w inkjet. could someone who has far better internet skills than me find a driver that works with my printer and my Mac?

Also, I’ve also heard that some Dell printers are simply re-branded Lexmark’s or Samsung’s, is my Dell V305w the same way? Thank you ^_^

P.S.
The “V305w” is essentially a “V305″ but with a WiFi adapter for wireless printing, so the drivers would probably be the same.
I want to add that this printer is WIRELESS, so I really don’t want to have my Mac plugged into it to print, it’s installed on the network, so might I be able to simply use the default network printer?

I have a brother 2070N Network Printer, it has a built in ethernet port/network card and connects flawlessly to my router. However, I had to move the router and now the printer cannot be connected by a cable to it anymore. Is there any possible wireless solution that’s cheap? All I want to do is replace the cable with a wireless solution.
