How hard is it to add a printer into a network?

Tint issues in Indesign?

I am working on a spot color newsletter in in-design. I have worked on this newsletter many times in the past and I have never came across any “tint” issues. After reviewing the proof, there were some slight color issues I pointed out, and they said there are tint issues throughout the design. I opened the file and saw that the opacity was at 100%, however, the color did not match the spot color, it looked like there was some opacity…. I did a little research and tried to make some changes, however, the printer says there are still some tint issues. How do I change the tint, and any suggestions on what may I have done to cause this?
