I have been doing a little research and (I think) I have narrowed my printer search down to two. I am considering buying either the Canon Pixma Pro9000 or the Epson Stylus Photo R1900. I know the Epson uses pigment ink which is supposed to be better, but which of the two will give me the better final result?
Note: I plan on printing both b&w and color.Submited by:The Gimp

I’m looking to buy a photo printer to print digital photos from my DSLR camera and digital art I create.
I want to say price isn’t an issue, I just want the very best thing out there.
However I’m aware that often with gadgets like this the best thing out there isn’t the newest item and may be a little cheaper.
I’m looking for something that can print flawless brilliant prints of my photos and artwork at the largest format.
Thanks.

I have a digital photo I wanted printed, taken on an Canon EOS model camera. The print is for my Dad for his Birthday, and I want it too look good.
I have used the “digital printing services” in places like Jessops and Boots for other photos, however I find they often get the levels wrong, often too dark, or the colours are slighty out. So I’m looking for a professional printers who can print the photo as it looks.
Any help or suggestion on places to try would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

A photo printer that will be used for heavy home photo printing use, like albums, scrapbooks, postcards etc.. A photo printer that can print regular photo paper sizes, and can print matte, glossy photo paper? Any body that can share personal experience with a good photo printer model will be great . By the way, of course I am looking for something not too expensive (less than $400) and inkjet.Submited by:Brenda

I have a canon digital rebel XT; have taken good pictures that look really nice in my computer. The printing results I got from Ofoto and Walgreens were not that great. I want to try printing at home and would not mind paying a bet more for it. I was wondering if I there is a good printer out there that you guys have tried it out already.Submited by:Mike
