Is the Hilton Arc de Triomphe the hotel described in this article?

I found this article about a Hilton Hotel in Paris, but I can’t find it on the Hilton website, the nearest to the Eiffel Tower is the Hilton Arc de Triomphe. Has anyone stayed here or know if it has changed hands, been knocked down, refurbished, etc? Thanks.
