I was online looking for a printer and found one on sale. I went to the store to buy it and they told me it was not on sale. I ask them to go online and look. He did, came back and said it’s not onsale. I bought it anyway. I came home and double checked and it was on sale. I called the store and they said print it out and come back to the store. I said no just take it off my credit card. After I talked to 4 people, a manager got on and said calm down. I did raise my voice so she hung up on me.

Now I’m pissed!!! I called their corperate office on the other side of the country and told them what happened and the printer was onsale. They ask if I wanted to file a complaint and I said yes, They also are sending me a giftcard worth double what I would have saved on the sale.

I’m still pissed!!! Do I call the BBB and accuse BestBuys of false advertising? The sales people were so friggin rude, I can’t let it go. What would you do?
it was an instore ad, corperate conformed it. They saw the same thing I did. I did yell only after being jerk around on the phone then finally greated with “what’s your problem”.

P,S. this is no life lesson. It’s life… I wouldn’t have done anything different, fortuneately. I just don’t like rude, condisending and PRETENTIOUS people.

is it ok if i leave my printer & scanner plugged always?what if i unplug the usbs but the usbs themselves be still plugged?(our electricity is 120 volts)
what if i unplug my laptop but the cable be still plugged & never unplugged?
