so im looking into starting this online postage for mailing things, work stuff, personal stuff, and found some companies working with the US Post office. like stamps.com Encindia, dymo, and wondered if anyone out there had one they liked, to print postage labels directly from home or work, and how they work, do you pay upfront a certain amount, like $100 and use up that amt for postage and then kind of “refill” your online postage avail funds.

are any of these sites free w/ no monthly charge, and do they send you a “free” printer, means its really free ? or would I be better buying my own label printer for stamps and then just buying postage.

Not like hands-on stuff, but like you mail them some labels, and you print them, and they send them back to you, because I don’t have a printer and I don’t want to get one.

I am trying to ship a video game via the online shipping label printer for paypal’s online service through ebay. Anyways what is the best way to ship something like that? It sounds like they wouldn’t allow it to ship through media mail. So should I go for a flat rate envelope or something like that? I noticed a flat rate box is like $9, would it still be that price is the package was tiny?Submited by:jhonaker316

I signed a written, agreement with a company upon hire that I would receive a certain raise after my 6th month review or be dismissed. My boss was too “busy” to conduct the review, but we did the review about 10 months later with along another manager who complained I was not entering their data properly. Due to his one complaint, I was only given 1/2 the the raise with a promise of a follow-up review in 6 months. This review was also canceled by my boss because he was “overwhelmed.” I was promised I had indeed improved in the needed areas and the review and backpay would follow. I did not receive the review until 2 years later with a new boss recieving very good average of 3.5/5. My new boss refuses to take the $ out of his budget for my back pay. I filed a formal written complaint. Afterwards, I noticed a laundry list of every petty mistake I made over the last year on a printer in personnel.They will expect me to sign it. What to do?
