chickachicka asked:
I want to make them for crafts, but the can is 20 1/2inches round, the biggest printer paper I can find is 14″. I don’t want to have seams all over the place from using several pieces of paper. Any ideas on what to do? Also, what is best adhesive to use to attach paper to paint cans?

Hi I was in a craft show this weekend & the lady next to me was personalizing glass ball ornaments using a modified inkjet printer, I have looked everywhere on the net trying to find one of these printer to make the ornaments with no success. Anyone know of a web site dedicated specially for these types of printers or a site to help you get this business started?
Thank a bunch!

What kind of backing paper is it?
Posted by Printer | Posted in Hobbies & Crafts | Posted on 26-09-2009
Hi,
I am looking for this kind of backing paper and not sure of what’s it’s called. This backing paper is just like a regular paper for copy machine or printer but has one side that is very glossy. If you put, lets say, a sticky label on it, it will stick but will not stick to this glossy side permanently. It means you can just peel the label right off. I am making some glue self adhesive pictures and want to stick them on these backing paper so I can peel them off later on without damaging anything. Thanks!

How can I add tackiness to a rubber roller in a printer/copier?

Steve71 asked:
The paper-feed in my old laser printer is having trouble grabbing a sheet.because the rubber wheel has dried out and gotten too slick. Any replacement part would be expensive and has probably already dried up on the shelf. How can I restore some tackiness to the rubber without gumming up everything? Double-sided cellophane tape is a bit too strong. I am counting on the Hobbies and Crafts community for a creative idea.
