I’m Looking for a digital camera?

Posted by Printer | Posted in Cameras | Posted on 29-10-2009

It needs to be under 300 bucks, ideally around 200 bucks. Its just for taking pictures when i’m on vacation and i’ll be printing them on my printer at home. I like camera’s that can focus quickly and take good pictures. I want a camera that is very slim/small/compact. Any suggestions to exact models that would be nice chioces?

Also: I did some research on the internet and found this model: Sony Cyber-shot 5.1-Megapixel Digital Camera – Black Model: DSC-T5/B which is running around 200 bucks right now. Does anybody have any reviews on this camera? I don’t like internet reviews because the reviewers are professional photographers and they are really picky. I like honest “average Joe” reviews.

Thanks for the help in advance.

I own an HP Photosmart M527 camera. It is 6 mega pixels. With the name of the printer, I need:
1) Type of paper it uses
2) How much it costs.
3) And If I can directly print pictures from my computer on it.Submited by:jjazzy

Is it possible to benefit from a digital camera and photo printer if you have no computer?

My parents refuse to get a computer -they turn people into addicts, you know?- but I know they’d love a digital camera. Is there a way to use a digital camera with a photo printer without owning a computer?

What camera should i buy?

Gina <3 asked:

I want a new DIGITAL camera.

It must:
-Be under $400
-Be good in low light settings
-Be good indoors
-Be preferabbly PicBridge compatible
[so i wont have to buy a new printer]
-Have at least 8.0 megapixels.
-Have a decent zoom

It doesn’t have to be one of those small pretty ones either.
I don’t care if its bulky as long as it takes nice pictures.
I was going to buy the Canon Powershot A630
but then i read reviews on how bad the redeye was
so i just forgot about it.

Until recently I was using the cheap Kodak Easyshare C530 along with the printer.
It made dark rings around the subject of the photo,
not to mention it turned my hair a different color,
and made my skin look odd.
I also couldn’t take mirror pics due to the flash.
And besides all that, it stopped working within 2 months.

so any suggestions?

Which is a better camera, Sony w120, or a Kodak 863?

I really like the Sony w120, but my Dad is trying to convince me that the Kodak 863 is better because of cost. My sister has it and I will say its nice looking, but I’ve been told by sales reps that Kodak is printer quality only, and Sony has the best lenses making a better picture taker. If you have other model suggestions I will take them. I like the in-camera red eye fix, stabilization, smile shutter mode, face detection and auto focus features.Submited by:JD1989

Does anyone have a good digital camera photo printer? Any recommendations?

I want to buy one of those photo printers that you just hook your digital camera up to it (or the memory card?) and print whichever photos you want but I have no idea which ones are good. I have a Sony Cybershot camera, I don’t know if that’s important. If you have a digital camera photo printer that is working well for you, I’d really appreciate any sharing of recommendations. :) Thanks
