If you purchased it with a credit card you are insured, talk to them!
In your local Yellow Pages, under the heading of “Attorneys”, look for a Lawyer Referral Service, and contact them.
I don’t think you have much of a chance. I’d try a computer repair shop not a lawyer; money would be better spent.
If that much time has passed and the agencies set up to help you tried but you did not follow through – you are most likely stuck.
I think You were ripped off. Get a Lawyer.
